Rachel is a Level 6 Master Stylist with 12 years invested in the hair industry.
Rachel has spent years training and perfecting her Curly Cutting Style. She is trained in Deva cutting, curl by curl and wet cutting techniques for curly hair. Rachel customizes each cut based on curl type and texture of hair. Rachel is also passionate about Custom Coloring, Balayage, Lived in Color and Blonding. Her extreme attention to detail makes her an amazing mentor and educator, helping to train our apprentice stylists in the salon. Rachels love of teaching an educating has lead her to dream of being an on Stage Curly Hair Artist in the Future, teaching everyone to love, care for and embrace their natural curl.
The ability to bring out someone's natural beauty through enhancing their beautiful curls is her favorite part of being a stylist.
Rachel strives to connect with guests by helping them find confidence in their natural beauty, inside and out. As a former Californian and Husky Mom, you'll find everything laid back and fun in Rachel's chair.
When she's not making people feel beautiful at Ash & Willow, she is trying new restaurants with friends, traveling, spending time with her family and doggo, or planning her next trip with friends. Rachel values continued growth and hope to take more advanced texture classes to become a master and continue her education in wefts/ extensions!
